We use your information to provide pet food tracking, product comparison, saved products, refill reminders, price-drop alerts, back-in-stock alerts, ingredient analysis, account support, and product improvements.

Ingredient analysis is informational only and is not veterinary guidance. We do not use AI to diagnose pets or make definitive medical recommendations.

Service providers

KibbleCart works with service providers that help us operate the website, manage accounts, store app data, send emails, understand site performance, and provide ingredient summaries.

These providers are used only for KibbleCart features, operations, security, analytics, and support.

Analytics

KibbleCart does not intentionally include private pet notes, full ingredient submissions, passwords, or sensitive account details in analytics events.

If you enable alerts, KibbleCart may send refill reminders, price-drop alerts, back-in-stock alerts, and account-related messages.

Recurring alert emails include an unsubscribe option. You can also manage email alert preferences from your account.
